Shaston Road – Pothole

DSC00839I am pleased to advise that DCC repaired this pothole on 24 December 2012 before lunchtime! Be careful on Shaston Road as there is a deepening pothole, which has water coming out of it and is getting worse...DSC00840

Heating Oil Update

We previously listed The Blandford Forum, Durweston & Stourpaine Heating Oil Club in our http://www.stourpaine.info/businesses.htm Businesses page. We listed it as CPL Petroleum have been quoting 75p per litre recently.

Here is an urgent piece of information from them:

“We have agreed with a local supplier a rate of £0.6150 pence per litre plus 5% vat for orders of 500 litres or more in all DT postcodes regardless of club level. This rate is valid for orders placed and paid for by 8.00am Wed Morning (12th December). Delivery will be within 14 days! Please note suppliers have asked us to stick to the cut off time due to current levels of demand and the supplier DOES charge for the use of a credit card. Our next order by date will be the 6th January 2013 after this order. “
