Friday 28th June, the Playing Fields, Stourpaine Village Hall
The Rude Mechanical Theatre Company is returning to Stourpaine with their new play, The Dressing Book. This promises to be a moving, hilarious and provocative show that touches on body image and whether things have changed since 1795.
If you haven’t seen one of the Rude Mechanical’s performances before, why not come along and enjoy the spectacle? The actors are highly talented, as well as being accomplished musicians, and their clever plays are funny as well as being though provoking.
The play takes place outdoors, so make sure you dress for the English June weather – it can get pretty cold in the evenings. You can also come early and have a picnic before the show; bring your own food and drink so you won’t be disappointed! You will also need to brink your own low back chair to enjoy the show from.
