You must be in receipt of one of the following benefits:

  • Income-based Employment Support Allowance (I-ESA)
  • Income Support (IS)
  • Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (I-JSA)

  • Unlimited monthly usage
  • 12 month contract

Compare with BT‘s Social Tariff: the basic £15 a month plan includes average speeds of 36Mbps but you would also have to include line rental.
